Would you like to live a longer and happier Life?

Best Ways on how to slow the aging process and live a longer and happier Life!
Eat fewer meals per day. I suggest 1 meal a day and in some cases per 2 days.
Avoid sunlight on the face and limit exposure to no more than 5 minutes.
Consume foods high in antioxidants and drink coffee or tea!
Get a job that you actually enjoy that is close to where you live.
Sleep for 10 hours a day. sleeping helps clear amyloid proteins from brain.
Every year do a long fast of 14 days or more. Don’t just jump into it. Please do some research on how to fast in a way that is comfortable. It’s actually an enjoyable experience.
Meditate for 10 minutes a day. You might have to work your way up to this by starting off with only 5 minutes.
Have children LATER in life and spend time socializing with friends and family.
Forgive people that have hurt you. This reduces stress, blood pressure.
Avoid smoke — 1st hand, 2nd hand, and third hand.
Walk for at least 45 minutes a day 3 times a week or do some other moderate exercise to strengthen heart muscles and improve brain activity.
Take care of your teeth. Do not ignore tooth pain and be sure to brush gently twice a day.
Avoid refine sugar and refined carbohydrates. So nothing made with flour or processed sugar should be eaten!

According to experts, not only will a healthy brain help with a person’s alertness, but it will also improve a person’s ability to engage socially and to manage stress.
Medical experts pointed out that certain minerals, supplements, and vitamins are important in maintaining brain health.
First on the list of experts is fish oil which has two types of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 has been linked to many health benefits such as reducing the decline of a person’s brain function. Fish oil is known to be a rich source of both eicosatetraenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Some experts recommend the use of EPA supplements to those who are suffering from depression. On the other hand, DHA helps promote better brain structure and improved thinking skills.
Another supplement that experts are keen on recommending is B vitamins. In a recent study, the researchers have found out that those who had taken a combination of vitamin B12 and folic acid, have a slower cognitive decline. For the study, the researchers administered B vitamins for two years to people aged over 70 who have previously suffered from mild cognitive impairment.
Experts pointed out that taking B vitamins as a supplement is more preferable rather than just relying on the nutrients that food supplies. Ted Cooperman, the president of consumerlab.com stated that around 30% of people above 50 cannot absorb B12 properly from food.
Lastly, vitamin D is also recommended by many experts as it provides many health benefits aside from protecting the brain. According to popular medical knowledge, vitamin D helps support the growth of new brain cells. It also helps prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Studies have shown that a lack of vitamin D contributes to increased memory loss and risks of developing dementia.
Holland and Barrett stated that there are a wide variety of supplements that come in different formats which can provide support to both memory enhancement and normal brain function.
Some brain supplements would work differently from others. Some could help boost brain power while some may stimulate mental activity. It is best to consult medical experts and professionals to discuss which supplements best works for a person.
