Back in 1995 when I started investing, I didn’t have that much money either, the perfect solution is to find local investors in your area and create a joint venture, you and your group of friends can then pool the money together and or be in a good position to loan money from hard money lenders. I created many joint ventures and split the profits after and you just save and do the next one and the next one till you have enough money on your own where you can do this yourself and be in the position to get a loan for yourself.
