How do you make money in real estate in a sellers market? Well, it depends, in my niche that I have been since 1995, we buy bank owned houses that need work inside and we try and buy them for the right place and then we fix them up nicely and for that it doesn’t really matter if it’s a sellers market or a buyer’s market. The key to your success is to buy the house for the right price in the right location and have competent contractors around you that can fix and or remodel the house nicely for you. If you can buy it for the right price in a decent area and have good workers around you then you will do fine regardless of the current market condition. If you don’t have the ability to get houses for a good enough price then offer joint ventures to others and team up with them.
